We offer a wide range of towels including:

All our towels are selected for their softness, absorbency, and durability.
Our towels are crafted using quality materials typically premium cotton and other natural fibers. We ensure durable weaving, high GSM (grams per square meter), and finishes that last wash after wash.

- Choose size, color, and quantity.
- Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your valid shipping address and contact information.
- Choose a payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
We generally process and dispatch orders within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier services.
All sales on Our Towel Studio are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed, due to quality and hygiene standards.
If we cancel your order for any reason (e.g. stock issues, incorrect pricing), we will refund you the full amount within 45 working days after cancellation.
Not typically—once an order is placed and confirmed, we can only cancel under certain conditions such as stock unavailability or if our system detects an error. In those cases, we’ll process a refund.

Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Currently, we operate primarily within India. If you are outside India, additional duties, customs fees, or shipping charges may apply, and you will be responsible for those.
- Wash in cold or warm water, avoid hot cycles.
- Use mild detergent; avoid bleach for colored towels.
- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry where possible.
- Wash separately for the first few uses to avoid color bleed.
